    Tatsuya Kamoi joined Mercer from IBM Japan in August 2014, where he was Vice President, Industrial Services Business. Prior to his current role, he headed Business Analytics and Optimization Practice in the Consulting Business at IBM Japan. He also served various telecom clients in the US and UK when he was on an international assignment in Atlanta, GA and New York, NY. Mr. Kamoi was a Partner at PwC before it was acquired by IBM in 2000. He is a member of Japan Association of Corporate Executives.

    Tetsuya has provided support to many clients, both at Japanese and non-Japanese companies, of various industries. He has a wealth experience in Change Management Consulting from the viewpoint of top management, from design to implementation of HR management systems, and rich consulting experience in leadership development, assessment and coaching. Tetsuya leads the L&OP practice in Mercer Japan.

    Shai Ganu is the Market Business Leader for Mercer’s Talent Consulting segment across ASEAN. He also leads the Executive Rewards and Sales Effectiveness practices for ASEAN – focusing on Board and Executive Compensation, Reward Strategy, Performance Management, Incentive Design, Sales Effectiveness, and Organizational Transformation projects. He specializes in Financial Services, FMCG/Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities/ Industrials, Telco industries.
    Growth Markets Lead, Workforce Planning, Analytics & HR Transformation
    Dion leads the Workforce Planning & Analytics Practice (including HR transformation) for Mercer’s Talent Business in Asia., Africa, Middle East and Latin America. He is responsible for advising clients of their HR strategies, HR service delivery model, selection of HR technology and implementation of solutions to solve business issues. Since joining Mercer he has worked with Standard Chartered Bank, International SOS and Ericsson on HR Transformation, Technology and Workforce Analytics programs.
