[Singapore Event] Global & Regional Mobility for Japanese MNCs - Leverage your talent pool in Asia

29 November - 06 December 2016  Asean, Singapore

  • Overview
    • While Japanese multinational companies (MNCs) have been dispatching a number of expats from Japan to Asian countries for decades, most of them do not have a formal program for moving local talent to another country in the region yet. This is becoming a critical bottleneck for Japanese MNCs who aim to leverage talent pool in the region in order to win the ever intensifying mega-competition.

In this seminar, Mercer consultants in Global Mobility will present their views on the best approaches to maximize talent pool effectiveness in the region through international/regional assignment policies and mobility data.
